Refund Policy

The Revenue House AI™ Diagnostic is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Because the full diagnostic, score and 30-day prescription are unlocked right away, we offer a short 3-day review window for refund requests.

If you experience a technical problem, cannot access your diagnostic, or feel the product does not match what is described on this site, email us within 3 days of purchase and we will refund the full $88 USD. Please include a short note about what went wrong — it helps us improve the diagnostic.

Requests made more than 3 days after purchase, refund requests after the diagnostic has been reviewed and used to inform business decisions, duplicate chargeback claims already opened with your bank, and purchases obtained through fraud or abuse of the refund policy are not eligible.

Email jackie@thedivinepr.com from the address you used at checkout, with your business name and the date of purchase.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, access to your unlocked diagnostic ends.
